📈 User Score Calculation
Your user sustainability score is calculated from multiple components:
TOTAL SCORE = Eco Points Score + Carbon Score + Volunteer Score
+ Certification Score + Community Score
Where each component reflects:
• Eco Points Score → Points from sustainable bookings & actions
• Carbon Score → CO2 emissions you've helped save
• Volunteer Score → Hours spent on conservation activities
• Certification Score → Training courses completed
• Community Score → Contributions to community projects
How to Earn Points

📊 Provider Score Calculation
Provider scores use a weighted average of 6 dimensions:
OVERALL SCORE = (Energy × 0.20) + (Water × 0.15) + (Waste × 0.15)
+ (Community × 0.20) + (Biodiversity × 0.15) + (Carbon × 0.15)
Each dimension scored 0-100 based on:
• Self-reported metrics
• Third-party verification (bonus)
• Documentation provided
• Continuous improvement
